And now the rest of the story...

So a little while ago we posted of our wonderful news of becoming pregnant...well...our world has been rocked again at the news we are having not one, not two, but THREE babies!!! Yep, you read that right- Triplets!! Holy Cow?!?!

Our journey to becoming pregnant has been a long time coming, so let me explain. Tyler and I made the decision shortly after we were married to start our family. We eagerly anticipated good news for months, but unfortunately it never came. A few months turned into a year, and a year turned into two with still no luck. After many tearful nights of discouragement, disappointment, and confusion, we decided it was time to seek medical help. We found a fertility clinic that fit our needs and after several appointments of pokes, prods, and tests we did a simple, painless procedure...and it worked three times over!!!

We consider these babies to be the greatest miracle, and are so grateful that the Lord has entrusted us (the two biggest nerds around!) with this awesome responsibility. Don't get me wrong, we (mostly me) have had our freak out moments, but we have full faith that the Lord will get us through the tough times. We have been so incredibly blessed in the last couple months, and would like to thank all of our friends and family who have supported us, prayed for us, and loved us. We could not get through this without you!

We know that triplets come with their own trials and struggles. Everything from preterm delivery, to losing one. We are moving forward with lots of faith in the Lord and following what the doctors ask us to do. We are excited for the future. We will pray that everything continues to go well. We hope that you can keep our babies in your prayers.

Tyler managed to get a picture out of me, so this is what a pregnant chick with triplets looks like at two months! We will continue to show the evolution of the belly as it gets bigger, and bigger, and bigger...yikes!

Here they are in all their glory! They are pretty cute, blob A, blob B, blob C!

That is awesome! Congrats to all five of you. I am excited to be a part of your journey so you have to keep the blog updated. I just can't even imagine. Your family was right. (Didn't you say that someone was telling you it would be three). And we will keep you all in our prayers... for the next 18 years! ;)

Wow! Exciting but scarey news! Your mom will want to move to Colorado to be near you for this incredible journey! I know you will be great parents, and I will pray that all goes well for you. I have a feeling you'll be quitting your day job! Keep us posted!
